Susanna Kallur, 41, may have put her track and field career on the shelf, but training is still a big interest.

Two months ago, Susanna shared the happy news on Instagram – the family is growing!
“Ho is pregnant!”, she wrote with one hand on the baby bump. In the comments section, congratulations poured in.
Since then, Susanna has kept a fairly low profile, but that changes on Wednesday – she enters Nyhetsmorgon!
Here, she will spread useful information about working out as a pregnant woman and shows more concrete exercises for the butt.
– There will be a lot of weight going forward. The breasts grow, the stomach grows, so posture changes. You kind of get a bigger waistline.
Susanna also asks the presenters to try standing with so much weight forward and try to stretch the butt, and states that it is difficult.

Susanna won several international championship medals during her time as a hurdler and still holds the world record in the 60m hurdles.
