The Superintendence of Land Transportation of People, Cargo and Merchandise (Sutran) reported that drivers and operators of the different modalities, as well as the general public, can process documents safely and 100% online through the virtual parts table Of the entity.
On this platform you can register files, discharges, reporting the payment of fines, among other types of procedures, as well as presenting administrative texts, official letters and reports.
In order to access the virtual parts table and register these documents, it is necessary to have an email and have an electronic box from the MTC. It should be noted that the main document to be uploaded to the platform must be in PDF format and weigh no more than 3 MB.
When entering the platform you must choose whether you are a natural person, or represent a public or private entity. After this, you will place your contact information and continue with the document data.
You must indicate the type of procedure you wish to carry out. Select the type of document you are going to present, write the subject of your request in 100 characters and attach all the documentation digitally (scanned) duly signed.
It is important to indicate that, if the documentation sent is not complete, regularization will be requested, which must be done within a period of 2 business days, otherwise the procedure will be classified as not presented.
