Yesterday morning, the five involved in the death of Dora Ramírez, the 70-year-old resident of farm 105 in the provincial capital who died during the fire in her home last Monday, May 2, were taken to give an investigative statement.
These are two men aged 47 and 26, two women aged 31 and 43 and a 16-year-old adolescent, who appeared at the building of the Seventh Investigating Court, in charge of Judge Miguel Mattos.
As this medium learned based on sources linked to the investigation, both the adolescent and one of the men decided to give their version of the events, although the details of their statements did not come out.
After the judicial diligence, the defendants were formally charged with aggravated homicide and will continue the investigative process housed in different police units.
It is worth mentioning that those involved were arrested during different operations of the Misiones Police carried out between Thursday and Friday of last week.
