Although the ‘Jax Taco Fest’ is relatively new, it was born from the idea of César Marfil and two other partners who held the first event in 2019 in the park in front of the city hall in the center of the city and it was a complete success. Even though it rained that Saturday in mid-August, it exceeded the organizers’ expectations.
