The Mayor, Véran and Attal are the most popular government ministers, according to a survey

The three ministers have been particularly exposed in recent weeks during the debates around the purchasing power law.

All the personalities of the majority see their popularity rating increase this month. While Parliament adopted the package of measures for purchasing power on Thursday, these debates benefited Macronie, in particular certain key figures in the government.

According to an Elabe poll for The echoes and Radio Classique published this Thursday, three ministers particularly exposed in recent weeks have recorded a good increase in the confidence of the French. This barometer scrutinizes the evolution of the confidence rating of the Head of State and his Prime Minister as well as the popularity rating of the main French political figures.

Bruno Le Maire is also in second place in this general ranking, tied with Marine Le Pen, with 34% positive opinion among those polled. Among majority voters, this figure rises to 72%.

The Minister of the Economy is closely followed by the former Minister of Health and now government spokesman. Olivier Véran has a favorable opinion of 32% among the French.

In fifth place in the ranking of French political figures, we find Gabriel Attal, Minister of Action and Public Accounts, with 30% positive opinion among respondents. He gains three points from the previous poll.

Édouard Philippe, unbeatable

It should also be noted that the most divisive Gérald Darmanin also sees its popularity rating increase. He has a favorable opinion of 23%, a figure up 4 points.

Although more absent from the national scene, former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe is still at the top of the ranking, well ahead with 49% of positive opinion.

The survey was carried out from August 1 to 3 with a sample of 1,000 people, representative of the French population according to the quota method, with a margin of error of between 1.4 and 3.1 points.
