The Colombia selection did his last practice before facing Ecuador this thursday in Barranquilla, in commitment valid for the date 12 of the South American Qualifiers al Qatar World Cup 2022.
In the last practice, Reinaldo Rueda, national coach, would have tried a team with four modifications, the main ones on the attack front.
Daniel Munoz would reappear as a right back instead of Stefan Medina; Matthew Uribe I would go in the position of Jefferson Lerma; Juan Guillermo Cuadrado, who paid a suspension date, would take the place of Roger Martínez; while Duvan Zapata would be as a reference of attack, instead of Falcao.
Thus, Colombia could form with David Ospina; Daniel Muñoz, Yerry Mina, Carlos Cuesta, Johan Mojica; Wilmar Barrios, Matheus Uribe, Juan Guillermo Cuadrado, Juan Fernando Quintero, Luis Díaz and Duván Zapata.
The Valle del Cauca did not want to reveal more details of the starting eleven to face Ecuador in his last contact with the media; however, he anticipated that Cuadrado’s position and Quintero’s ownership were one of his great “questions.”
