The Office of the First Lady held the ninth training on the Growing Together Law for educators from Usulutan

Teaching with love, rediscovering the vocation and respecting the individuality of the development of each girl and boy: these are the main topics addressed in the training processes promoted by the Office of the First Lady Gabriela de Bukele for educators, directors, managers and Technical Assistants Educational Centers for Early Childhood (ATPI) from different areas of the country.

For this reason, this Friday the 23rd, the ninth massive day of training and inspiration was held with more than 1,200 educators from the department of Usulutan. These training sessions are carried out within the framework of phase two of the Training Plan of the Growing Together Law, a legal body that aims to guarantee the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents at the national level.

To date, more than 14,000 educators, directors, CAPI managers and Technical Pedagogical Assistants for Early Childhood (ATPI) from all over the territory have participated in the massive and focused sessions to transform their pedagogical practices with the purpose of providing comprehensive care to Early Childhood. Even teachers with disabilities have attended training sessions to innovate their teaching methods.

In this sense, the initiative led by the First Lady Gabriela de Bukele seeks to prepare the professionals who will promote the educational and social transformation of future generations of Salvadorans. In addition to the above, phase two of the Training Plan is also part of the “My New School” educational reform, an initiative that includes teacher training, a renewed curriculum, decent infrastructure, technology, health and nutrition.

The trainings are given by a renowned international specialist who teaches in his keynote speeches strategies for educators to become managers of teaching based on stimulation and affective learning in order to ensure that all girls and boys reach their full potential. developmental. In the same way, phase two also contemplates the parallel training and awareness of different social actors and public employees.
