The Pasto players could not hold out any longer and announced a cessation of activities

The roster of players of the Sports Pasto released a document aimed at Oscar Casabón, team president, by which they announce that they will enter into cessation of activities, due to the three months of salary owed by the institution.

In the letter, released by Acolfutpro (Colombian Association of Professional Footballers), the footballers claim that they are owed three months, corresponding to the months of July, August and September, in addition to the comprehensive social security for the entire year 2021.

Due to this, the determination was made to attend training sessions with the coaching staff, but no to Sunday’s game against Deportes Quindío, valid for date 14 of the Colombian league. This determination will remain until they receive the money owed to them.

The players added that they will inform the labor authorities of this situation, Mindeporte, the Dimayor and the FCF.
