Governor Markus Wallner identifies a clear “method of prevention” on the part of the Greens when it comes to the S18. Not wanting to do the S18 after all is also contrary to the coalition agreement.

Last week, Provincial Councilor Johannes Rauch at “Vorarlberg LIVE” found the Greens’ approach to be good.

“The position that is now being taken has practically nothing to do with what we have agreed,” said Governor Wallner, criticizing the behavior of the Greens around the S18, and currently sees the government partner clearly outside the coalition agreement.

Wallner on relationship with the Greens

Wallner is still convinced of the coalition between the ÖVP and the Greens that one is in a sensible partnership that is also good for the country. However, such a relationship should not be overstrained.

Johannes Rauch on the S18

Last Thursday, Provincial Councilor Johannes Rauch (Greens) explained to “Vorarlberg LIVE” why he thinks that climate protection minister Gewessler’s approach to re-examine the S18 and other projects is good.
