HASAt least 11 people were killed and 11 others injured on Thursday in new large-scale Russian strikes in Ukraine, which targeted energy installations in particular, the Ukrainian emergency services announced.
“Eleven people were injured and, unfortunately, 11 others died,” relief spokesman Oleksandre Khorounejy told Ukrainian television. He said 11 regions had been affected in total.
