What is the best loadout for the MP40 in Call of Duty: Warzone

One of the things we’ve been seeing in Call of Duty: Warzone, is that Season 4 Reloaded has arrived and has kept Call of Duty: Vanguard weapons at the top of the meta, with the update introducing a variety of new content for the game, including the powerful Vargo S AR, it’s safe to say that it had a huge impact on the metagame.

Something that has surprised us is that, it is still difficult to know which weapons are worth adding to your list of weapons. Well, while the KG M40, Cooper Carbine, and NZ-41 have stood out as the strongest ARs in the metagame, it is the MP40 that has become one of the best SMGs in Call of Duty: Vanguard.

Not only does the weapon have a deadly TTK, but it also gives the user a lot of mobility, which is essential in Warzone when trying to reposition and flank opponents. However, to get the most out of the weapon, you’ll need to execute a meta charge, and luckily, we’ve got you covered.

  • Muzzle: recoil booster
  • Barrel: VDD 189mm short
  • Optics: Slate Reflector
  • Stock: Krausnick 33M Folding
  • Under the barrel: m1941 handstop
  • Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 45 Round Magazines
  • Ammunition type: elongated
  • Rear grip: dotted grip
  • Competition: Constant
  • Team: Fast

First off, you’ll want to equip the Recoil Booster Muzzle and 189mm VDD Short Barrel to significantly increase the weapon’s TTK and decrease its ranged damage dropoff. These attachments balance each other out and ensure that the MP40 melts through its opponents without too much backlash.

After that, use the Krausnick 33M Folding, m1941 Hand Stop, and Stippled Grip to increase your overall mobility and further decrease the recoil of the weapon. Combined with the Slate Reflector optic, the setup will allow you to lock onto a target and land every shot. When it comes to bullets, be sure to run Stretches to maximize the weapon’s TTK, as well as the 7.62 Gorenko 45 Round Mags so you can take on multiple opponents without having to reload.

Finally, top off the charge with the Steady perk to increase your movement speed while aiming down sights and of course the Quick perk so you’re always running at top speed. This makes it easier to flank enemies and prevents snipers from catching you in the open.
