The organizing authority for Ile-de-France Mobilités transport in the Ile-de-France region announced this Thursday, February 9, 67 million euros in compensation for Pass Navigo holders, i.e. 37.60 euros per user, due in particular to the degradation of service. on the bus and metro network managed by the RATP between September and December.

“We have decided to compensate for half a month – i.e. 37.60 euros – all Ile-de-France residents who have purchased three monthly passes over the last four months of 2022”, announced the president of the Ile-de-France region, Valérie Pécresse, during a press conference. Some users of RER B and D will benefit from additional compensation due to a regularity of less than 80% on their axis for several months.
