An overnight car accident in Belmont, Massachusetts left a power pole downed and a car ended up crashing into a home.
The accident took place near the intersection of Belmont Street and Waverly Avenue. One car apparently hit a utility pole and another hit an apartment building.
One woman said she heard a loud bang and then her apartment filled with smoke. Another neighbor said they have seen several crashes there in recent years.
