The University of the Rio Grande Valley alerted the afternoon of June 10 of a heavy police presence in the area of ”Palms Apartments” in Edinburg and it was later reported that 5 people had been arrested at the location.
It was also reported that everything had returned to normal after residents were asked to avoid the area and take shelter.
No details of what is happening have been released and it is reported that more information will be provided as soon as it is available.
