Amazon is also developing its series based on Tolkien’s World, in which it invested more than a billion dollars for at least five seasons, the first of which was released in 2022 on its Prime Video streaming platform.
The American giant also wants to gain a foothold in the video game sector.
Amazon Games has already developed other games, including “New World” and “Lost Ark,” and signed a deal in December 2022 to produce the next installment in the popular “Tomb Raider” franchise.
