After the Tagesspiegel published the top 10 list in December, the FDP deputy Felix Reifschneider wanted to know from the Senate what had been done to increase security in these hotspots over the past three years, what has been achieved and what is planned for the foreseeable future. Reifschneider also asked when mobile flashes were used at the accident hotspots.
