Police file charges against man accused of fatally stabbing four people in Brooklyn.
Shahboz Rajabboev, 24, has been arrested and faces four counts of first-degree murder and four counts of second-degree murder.

Police say they found Fayzieva Mavlyuda, 56, Maftuna Khakimova, 27, and children Kamila Shavkatova and Timur Shavkatov, ages 5 and 4 respectively, with multiple stab wounds inside their Bensonhurst apartment Friday night.
Investigators say Rajabboev is the brother-in-law, son and uncle of the victims.
The investigation is ongoing.
