Chelsea have signed Noni Madueke. The Blues announce that the 20-year-old has signed a contract that runs until 2030, with a club option to extend it by a further year. According to media reports, around 40 million euros will go to PSV Eindhoven.
The winger is the Dutch side’s second major departure of the current transfer period after Cody Gakpo, who moved to Liverpool. Unlike the new LFC signing, Madueke only played a minor role at PSV this season. He was injured for several months and has appeared in just five Eredivisie games since his comeback at the end of October. He scored a goal.
Madueke is Chelsea’s sixth winter signing – and fourth for the offensive. In total, the Blues spent almost 500 million euros on transfers this season.
