A driver died in a traffic accident that occurred on Thursday afternoon, at kilometer 15.8 of PR-165, in Toa Baja.
The victim was identified as José M. Arriaga Hernández.
According to the preliminary report of the Police, the man was driving a black Honda Accord from 2022, and upon reaching kilometer 15.8, he made an improper turn, for which he impacted the driver of a Toyota RAV 4 from 1997.
Arriaga Hernández, died in a hospital institution.
The Bayamón Highway Patrol Division investigated.
