A driver lost control of his pickup truck and plunged into a Philadelphia pond before mid-morning Wednesday.
The incident was reported to have taken place between Lincoln Drive and Wissahickon Avenue.
Images from the SKYFORCE 62 helicopter show the van submerged in the pond head-on with the trunk open.
Initial reports from authorities stated that the driver was inside the vehicle, but he was apparently removed by firefighters. This data has not been confirmed. So far it is unknown if the person was injured.
