Judge Juan León González of the San Juan Court found cause for the arrest of 31-year-old Jean Medina Olmo on Thursday for allegedly committing lewd acts against a minor under 16 years of age.
The events occurred on September 10, 2022. From the investigation it appears that Medina Olmo was under the supervision of the minor in a clothing store.
The subject was charged with Lewd Acts and a $50,000 bond was imposed, which he provided through the Pretrial Service Program (PSAJ).
The preliminary hearing was scheduled for August 16.
