Luciano Pertossi, one of the eight defendants for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa, interrupted the experts and took the floor and said: “I was not there”, while in the room where the trial is taking place they showed one of the videos on the one in which the rugby players attacked the victim.
After this, the prosecutors asked him where he was and Pertossi replied: “I’m not going to answer you.” Visibly nervous, he again refused to answer another question.
“Who is the person in black who is behind the car?” They reiterated. “I don’t want to answer any other questions, don’t make an effort because I’m not going to answer anything else.”
After that he sat down again in his place and spoke no more and the audience went into an intermission room.
