A man was attacked with a metal tube while doing a physiological need, in events that occurred around 2:30 pm on Thursday, in the area of the Total gasoline station located on PR-833, Guaraguao neighborhood in Guaynabo.
The 65-year-old victim – who suffered a broken forearm – alleged that while he was in the cubicle of the old car wash, an individual approached him and told him that “he did not want anyone doing these actions in the place.” In addition, she would have manifested profanity to him and then she attacked him with the object in his right arm.
The victim had to be transferred to the Río Piedras Medical Center, in stable condition.
The case was referred to the Assault Division of the Bayamón Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC).
Earlier they would have spotted him, but he managed to escape.
