A new Microsoft 365 plan has been announced by Microsoft to bring more accessibility to its products. This is Microsoft 365 Basic (Basic in English), which will have 100GB of OneDrive cloud storage instead of the 1TB that is offered in the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. The great advantage of 365 Basic compared to Personal is the price charged, which is three times lower.

According to Microsoft, OneDrive Standalone 100GB subscribers will automatically migrate to Microsoft Basic. Thus, instead of having access only to OneDrive cloud storage, the new subscription will also offer access to Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Skype with premium features. In addition, the Windows developer also says that the subscriber will have ad-free email, technical support to help with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 applications when needed, and everything always up to date with the latest features.
