NAGA Munchetty suffered an error live after complaining that the BBC Breakfast studio thought his microphone was off.
Naga, 47, was back on BBC Breakfast alongside Charlie Stayt today.
The pair covered a range of topics from the UK and around the world.
But as they walked to a VT of New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announcing her decision to step down, Naga didn’t realize her microphone was still on.
As images of Jacinda appeared on the screen, Naga was heard saying, “I think it’s even colder in here.”
A more distant voice – which was likely a crew member – was heard responding, “I’ll turn it up” before the audio blunder was corrected and Jacinda’s statement could be heard.
