A man was fatally run over in events reported this Sunday morning on Constitución Avenue in the Ramón Marín Sola residential area in Arecibo.
According to preliminary information, the driver who was accompanied by a minor, hit the pedestrian and hit a wall.
The victim, who has not been identified, was left dismembered.
