Recipes and job descriptions: The new cookbook “Heldenküche” shows the Bavarian police from their culinary side. And also for four-legged friends recipe collection what to offer. And all of this with great effort from the Franconian Star chef Alexander Herrmann.
“In addition to exciting insights into the everyday police work shows the cookbook at the same time Favourite recipes of our Bavarian police officers, which star chef Alexander Herrmann has refined,” he explained Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann (CSU) on the occasion of the presentation of the book on Tuesday (May 9, 2023). A portion of the proceeds from the sale will go to Bavarian Police Foundation and thus benefit workers injured in the line of duty.
17 police officers, from Flight technician to group leader of a hundred operations, present their favorite recipes in the book. One police dog handler even presents her recipe for Dog cookies. The star chef takes care of that original recipe and shows various ways of modifying it. Also new creations created on this basis.
