Princess Catherine arrives at Wimbledon for the men's final

LONDON.- The princesa Catalina He arrived at the tournament on Sunday afternoon tennis from Wimbledon to attend the men’s final, this being his second public appearance since announcing his cancer.

Accompanied by her 9-year-old daughter Charlotte, “Kate” was welcomed to Wimbledon’s Centre Court with a standing ovation from the crowd, who applauded her warmly.

A keen tennis fan, she is expected to present the trophy to the winner of the tournament, either Serbian Novak Djokovic or Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz.

This is the second public appearance of the hugely popular Princess of Wales since last Christmas.

In March, Kate announced in a video that she was undergoing preventive chemotherapy for cancer. Her first public appearance was on June 15 at the celebration of King Charles III’s birthday, where she waved from the balcony of Buckingham Palace alongside the royal family.

The day before her appearance at Wimbledon, Kate had posted a message on social media, her first statement since the announcement of her illness, expressing her desire to attend this event despite being undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, her husband, Prince William, heir to the British throne, will travel to Berlin to watch the European Football Championship final between England and Spain.
