Redfall: Bethesda shows the launch trailer for the vampire shooter

Although the shooter Redfall will not be released until next week, Bethesda Softworks has already published the official launch trailer today. This shows once again how the four playable heroes tackle the vampires together.

Redfall appears…

… in a few days …

…for PC and Xbox

In the squad on Vampire Island

The game is set in a small town or island called Redfall off the coast of Massachusetts. After a failed experiment, it is overrun by vampires, who immediately darken the sun, filling the city in eternal darkness and thus creating the ideal “living conditions” for bloodsuckers. What’s more, the vampires are pushing back the sea, making sure that their food (read: the inhabitants) cannot escape. From this point, players assume the role of one of four playable heroes and must unravel the origins of the vampire plague while finding a way to save the city. This can be explored freely at any time.

Each of the four heroes brings their own background story and of course also offers unique powers and abilities. In the last few weeks, Bethesda and the studio Arkane Austin (Dishonered, Deathloop) have already presented the four characters Layla, Jacob, Remi and Devinder in detail. You can either play alone or, appropriately, in co-op with up to three friends.

Redfall will be released on May 2, 2023 for PC and Xbox Series X/S and will then also be included directly in Xbox Game Pass.
