Moments of extreme tension were lived on the afternoon of last Tuesday in the neighboring city of Berisso, where a 29-year-old young man threw stones at a kindergarten during school hours. The defendant was arrested hours after the brutal attack, in which miraculously no one was injured; and he must now answer before Justice for the crime of “damages”.
