New York police are searching for a suspect who stole a vehicle with a four-year-old child inside.
Authorities reported that it was a white Mercedes with a black roof and New York license plate LLP5951.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:30 this morning at 691 East 241st Street, where the Metro Hotel is located.
A preliminary police investigation determined that an individual stole the vehicle at gunpoint with the child inside.
He then fled driving.
No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
