FRESNO COUNTY, California – A woman and her dog were reportedly electrocuted to death after a utility pole fell on them at about 5:00 am Wednesday.
The incident occurred in the Whitesbridge and San Mateo area, near Mendota.
At the scene of the incident, elements of PG&E were seen investigating the causes of what happened. Apparently, the utility pole was already malfunctioning after a fire a couple of days ago.
Local authorities did not disclose further information.
