The court, made up of judges Alejandra Ongaro, Daniel Sáez Zamora and Andrés Olié, considered that Both women deserved the maximum sentence provided for in the Argentine Penal Code, for the “commission of the crime of homicide triple qualified by the link, treachery and cruelty”, against Lucio Dupuyand for Páez, in addition, the crime of “sexual abuse with carnal access through the anal route, aggravated by being the guardian.”
