They arrest ‘El 15’, leader of the Sinaloa Cartel in Cancun

Quintana Roo.- Agents of the Navy (Semar) and the Quintana Roo Prosecutor’s Office arrested Héctor Elías Flores Aceves, “El 15”, an alleged lieutenant of the Sinaloa Cartel responsible for the wave of violence in areas of Cancun.

“Derived from intelligence, field and cabinet work, in collaboration with elements of the Secretary of the Navy, as well as the National Anti-kidnapping Coordination (Conase) and other members of the Coordination Group for the Construction of Peace and Security of Quintana Roo, it was detained Héctor ‘F’, alias ‘El 15’, ‘Secre’, ‘Pantera’ and/or ‘Rey’, one of the main generators of violence in Quintana Roo,” reported the ministerial office.

“El 15”, for whom a reward of one million pesos was offered, was seized in Guamúchil, Sinaloa, and transferred to the Municipality of Benito Juárez for his imprisonment in the demarcation prison.

“After his arrival in the Municipality of Benito Juárez, the defendant was transferred to the Social Reintegration Center (Cereso), where he was detained and made available to the judicial authority that required him, who in the next few hours will define his legal situation,” he added. the State Attorney’s Office.

Security reports attribute that this subject is allegedly responsible for multiple murders in nightclubs in Cancun, such as those that occurred in May of last year on Kabah avenue, in the premises of Las Micheladas del Tío Toño and Deja vu, whose balance was two dead and eight wounded.
