After several hours of searching, they found the body of Fernando Luis Sosa (25) who drowned yesterday in Salto Golondrinas, in San Vicente.
Members of the San Vicente Volunteer Firefighters and members of the local police station who had arrived at the scene implemented a search in the depths of the channel. But due to the lack of visibility, they paused the tasks around 10 pm yesterday and resumed this morning at 6 am.
Around 10 am today, after a thorough search, Fernando’s body was found. Likewise, the police doctor who examined the young man determined that the cause of death was a cardiorespiratory arrest due to immersion, he also had abrasions on his right leg and bloody remains in the oral area, police sources detailed.
The Trial Court Three of San Vicente ordered that the body be delivered to his father.
