Three men are charged with torture-like abuse in the forest

According to the indictment, the four people, all in their 20s, went on a road trip in the victim’s car last July from Ekhagen in Jönköping to a forest lot outside Tenhult. The victim thought they were going to hang out as friends, but suddenly he was forced out of the car. He had to give up his mobile phone and also had to take off his clothes.

The prosecutor writes in the indictment that the man received at least 21 blows on the back with a stick or stick. He was kicked, threatened with a knife and forced to dance as he was beaten.

The victim had fear of death

The beating is described as extremely severe and torture-like, and was because he was believed to have leaked information to someone. The exposed man suffered, among other things, a fractured back and concussion, and was left alone in the forest without the possibility of contacting anyone.

Two of the men are charged with extremely serious assault and the third with aiding and abetting it, all deny any crime. As evidence, there is, among other things, a one-minute film recording of the assault.
