The federal government has announced new arms deliveries to Ukraine worth billions. What is known about the package of measures.
Before a possible visit to Germany by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the federal government of Ukraine has more weapons shipments worth 2.7 billion euros.
Among other things, 20 more Marder armored personnel carriers, 30 Leopard 1 tanks and 4 Iris-T-SLM anti-aircraft systems are to be provided, like this Department of Defense announced on Saturday in Berlin. The “Spiegel” had previously reported about it. (dpa/fmg)
