Video: Migrants are removed from the bridge and traffic is opened to cars

Juarez City.- After being closed for almost an hour and a half, the Paso del Norte international bridge opened to traffic.

Half an hour ago, the agents of the United States Customs and Border Protection Office (CBP) opened the way for pedestrians with official documentation to cross the border, after the removal of migrants who remained on Juárez Avenue after a false rumor that today they would be allowed to enter the neighboring country.

Authorities from the State Population Council (Coespo) went to explain to the foreigners that it was just a rumor, while some people from Juarez expressed their annoyance at having to cancel even medical consultations during the time the international crossing was closed.
