A domestic worker demands 368,000 euros from Neymar for undeclared work

A 35-year-old woman has denounced Neymar Junior before a labor court for having been working for him for more than a year and a half without the footballer signing him off. The woman, Brazilian by nationality, has provided a series of documents to the court that would prove the commission of the crime, as reported The Parisian.

The worker, who did not have her papers in order, demands from the Brazilian footballer of Al-Hilal the amount of 368,000 euros for the work carried out, in addition to the undeclared hours. But the thing did not stop there, since the woman also claims that the athlete made her work up to two weeks before giving birth to her fourth child.

The complainant’s lawyers tried to reach an amicable agreement without success. Neymar took advantage of our client’s precariousness to impose unworthy working conditions on her in violation of the basic norms of labor law. We regret that such a personality could have shown so much inhumanity, even going so far as to throw our client out of her house a few days before giving birth prematurely while she complained of pain. We are now considering giving this case the criminal action it deserves.they have stated in a writing.

For their part, the representatives of the Brazilian player deny having received any type of communication regarding this circumstance. We have not received any official information on this issue and Neymar has not even been notified.they clarify.
