Oscar Ibáñez, the governor’s representative in the Northern Zone, said that this is part of the effects caused by the fact that the federal government has not defined an immigration policy.
He said that in the meeting led by Index Juárez, each government instance promised to do its part, such as the case of Road Safety, which will monitor the surroundings of the bridges, in addition to the fact that the state government made a proposal to modify import and export times to try to make better use of the infrastructure.
