“I really like to talk and it’s a fun way to share ideas and to serve in some way,” he says with a laugh. Alejandra Molinathe young Peruvian who has managed to make an indelible mark on the foreign.

With clear dreams and goals from a very young age, she became the only Peruvian to ring the bell to start the New York Stock Exchange in 2022. Alejandra shared with Infobae passages from her life, from childhood to adulthood, in addition to the projects that she has in mind and that she hopes can be fulfilled. One of them is located in her homeland, Peru.

Alejandra Aylén Molina Pérez He was born in 1997 and will celebrate his 26 years of age in 2023. She shares that since she was a child she was always very curious and talkative. Years later, these qualities would be very useful for her to face the adult world.

“My childhood was more than anything questioning everything I learned and having critical thinking and I think that was the basis for all the achievements I’ve had,” says the entrepreneur.

She studied at the Euroamerican school, which she remembers with some nostalgia and from the age of 11 she was clear about where she wanted to study.

“I had a very privileged education, but I knew how to take advantage of it […] I studied a lot and what I did was read about the theory of knowledge. I also did the international Baccalaureate”.

Her parents were the ones who guided her to make the decision to study abroad. “There is a world much bigger than your neighborhood,” her parents told a teenager Alejandra.

The International Baccalaureate was one of the activities that helped her define more about what she wanted at that time.

“I wanted to take on the challenge of achieving my goals […] I always wanted to study administration or something related to business […] and I found out everywhere”, Molina comments with a smile.

He made a slide to present to his parents where all the options for houses were university in which they had found out.

“I am one of the people who likes to always be prepared for everything”, he indicated and added that his first option was a Swiss university; However, her destiny would change when she found a brochure from a university in the United States. Her eyes sparkled and she couldn’t believe it, she had in her hands the opportunity to study for approximately four years, while she traveled the world.

The search for information about Long Island University began and sent the inquiry mail. He confesses that there was no fear about it because he thought “it wasn’t the worst thing that could happen to me, so I sent the query.”

It was one of the best decisions of his life because he got to know cultures and places he never thought of traveling to. Peru was always present in his mind.

“Several of the places I traveled to reminded me of Peru where the family is important”, mentioned the young woman.

Among all the things he learned at university, he remembers above all writing, capturing his reflections because “memory is fragile.” Later, he would revive part of his writings but also motivate with them.

“I wrote all my stories as a way of being able to remember what I live through, but I didn’t think that after a few years it would serve as inspirational material,” Molina mentions.

He visited around 14 countries, including Spain, Morocco, Germany, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, the United States, Austria, Hungary, Bosnia and China, where he learned a lot and became a polyglot.

Of all the places he visited, China was the one that impacted him the most, since it is one of the places with the highest business breakthroughas he comments.

“One of the interviews I remember the most is the one I had at the Illinois Chamber of Commerce for Hispanics and it made me reflect on my studies”

He is currently dedicated to a venture that has been financed by Google, due to the high potential it has. Is about beepboop a language startup which so far already has thousands of users around the world.

It also has a project that has already advanced, it is Warmishine, an NGO that seeks to empower girls and adolescents through education. Health is a fundamental issue for Molina, who has been using everything she has learned throughout a successful career to apply it and share it with the youngest.
