An example of this is how the YouTube channel of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) positioned itself within the top 6 of the most viewed Hispanic streamers in the first quarter of 2023, surprising more than one, especially YouTuber Ibai Llanos. .

Given this, there are terms and even personalities such as streamers, who in 2023 have achieved global fame. This refers to people who are dedicated to creating content and broadcasting it live through a web platform or social network.
In Mexico, data from a study called Digital 2022, prepared by We Are Social and Hootsuite, highlighted that one of the activities carried out most frequently by Mexicans, between the ages of 16 and 64, is watching digital channels and playing videos, 32.3 percent being live broadcast recordings.
In this sense, there are various rankings where the most famous streamers in the world are registered and who have a large number of followers on their YouTube and Twitch channels, popular platforms for the transition of these lives.
According to data from Socialblade, this top is headed by Ninja, followed by Auronplay, Rublus and Ibai.
Now new data shared by Stream Chartsto this top is added the YouTube channel of the Mexican president, which surpassed content creators such as El Rubius, El Mariana, Juan Guarnizo, El Xokas, among others, in viewers.
The source mentioned that AMLO broadcast for 208 hours and 10 minutes during the first three months of the year.
Likewise, the portal mentioned that AMLO’s YouTube channel is the only one in the top 10, since all the other streamers do it from the Twitch platform.
Also, within this ranking there are only two Mexicans, El Mariana, originally from Matamoros, Tamaulipas, is in the top 8 with 214 hours and 30 minutes of transmission.
“The following name is strange, because it belongs to the Mexican president: Andrés Manuel López Obrador and it is the only YouTube entry on this list. The channel is quite active, keeping the citizens of the country informed about the various activities of their leaders and any updates on policies and rules,” explained the website dedicated to the analysis of live broadcasts.

“The thing about the president of Mexico here, what sense does it make,” said the Spanish streamer after the new top.
After disclosing several slightly negative comments about this ranking, Stream Charts, in charge of the top, indicated that Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s channel streams live quite actively, informing the country’s citizens about the various actions of its leaders and any update. “And since it is linked to the president, not to an organization or television network, we have included it in the streamers,” he explained.
