MIAMI.- The discoveries, learning and DNA of the author’s architecture will be revealed by the architect and Venezuelan interior designer Renny Molina, CEO of RM Studio Arquitectura, who will dictate five classes masterful goes streaming.
With a modular format, which will allow this virtual training to be taken in blocks or comprehensively, the expert will address the interior architecture, coatings, technology, security, home automation and artificial intelligence. This is a contribution with which I want to celebrate my 20 years of professional practice, said Renny Molina in a statement, for whom his training as an architect at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) has been a factor of impact in his creations. I consider studying architecture at the UCV a great privilege, because it has been like studying architecture in architecture, within a work of art, in an experimental workshop, added the Venezuelan, who has also integrated into his proposals the design interior and industrial.
This is how the CEO of RM Studio Arquitectura will offer the keys to signature architecture through five master classes, which will be named: small boxes, large treasures, coatings, technology, home automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI), the company construction company as a great ally and the protagonists of the space.
Little boxes, big treasures
The first module will have the architecture of the interior as its central axis. It will cover aspects such as the points to consider in a residential project, what you should know about the client and the techniques to know their requirements. Also how to stay up to date on trends, refine commercial matters and sharpen your eye to design and choose at a high level; the sensory experience of space through sound, fragrances, colors, lighting, air conditioning and textures; the consideration of spaces and luxury as an image and as quality and the alarms that must be interpreted to avoid overdesign.
Molina will close this first master class by helping the participant discover and project their identity as a designer or architect, as well as how to divide and attend to an interior architecture project and the way in which ethics, professionalism, responsibility and healthy limits.
The coatings
The second master class delve into the coverings, from their quality, price and service, to the criteria for selecting the different types of options according to each space, how to know the format, texture, color, thickness that should be selected, to the way to install the coatings, who is the appropriate person to do it and the guarantee for the client.
An important element to take into account when creating in the space that has been entrusted to us is knowing the client and their life programs, Molina highlighted. From there, we can walk through the most appropriate options, because it is not only about the beauty of the materials, but about living them, stepping on them, using them and enjoying them, he added.
Technology, home automation and Artificial Intelligence
Home automation is the automation and control applied to the home, which is carried out by equipment that has the capacity to communicate interactively with each other and to follow the instructions of an algorithm or program, previously established by the user of the home and with the possibility of change according to your interests. This allows you to intelligently manage the use of household appliances, lighting, air conditioning, domestic hot water and the irrigation of plants, flower boxes and gardens, contributing to energy savings and caring for the environment.
Therefore, the third module will address the use of technology as a contribution to the client’s quality of life and how the architect or interior designer can use it to their advantage to improve their design and scope, including the management of the he returned, bim y sketchup-, simplifying construction work.

The knowledge about the construction company as the great ally of an architectural project will be broken down through aspects such as: the management of communication between engineers, architects, interior designers and clients; what an architect should know about construction; aspects that identify a good construction supplier and its scope; the information to be delivered to the construction company; preparation of realistic and economically possible budgets, both for the work and for the client; schedule of activities, monitoring and the importance of reporting work progress.
The protagonists of space
The fifth module will be dedicated to the prominence of furniture and lighting. Here the balance between the sense of beauty and the exercise of good sense is vital when considering the incorporation of certain trends, explained Molina.
Thus, share your experience on how to know which furniture is in trend and protect yourself from incorrect trends; materials to consider for indoor and outdoor furniture; use of geometry, textures, colors, materials, proportion, capacity and durability; the rupture of traditional configuration paradigms, while remaining functional; how to select the correct furniture and how to propose it to the client.
Additionally, lighting will be addressed as an essential part of the design and why it should be designed together, presenting its particular perspective on the design of the shadow.
