The final of the Eurovision Song Contest has already started. The party kicked off with a video of the Kalush Orchestra performing the theme that won them last year – ‘Stefania’.

It is already on Saturday night that the winner of the 67th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, which takes place in Liverpool, in the United Kingdom, will be chosen. In total, there are 26 countries in the contest, including Portugal – with Mimicat and ‘Ai Coração’ -, but the main bookmakers have already ruled on the potential winners for a long time.
According to the Eurovisionworld website, which aggregates the main bookmakers, Sweden has led the preferences since the singer Loreen and ‘Tattoo’ won the Melodifestivalen (the equivalent of the Song Festival). The singer even won the contest in 2012, with ‘Euphoria’.
Finland, Ukraine, Israel and Norway follow.

The order of performances for the final of the 67th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, which takes place next Saturday, May 13, is already known. According to the information revealed, at the end of Thursday night, Mimicat, who will represent Portugal with ‘Ai Coração’, will be the second to take the stage.
After this week’s semifinals, held on Tuesday and Thursday, the qualified countries were drawn to distribute performances between the first and second half of the final. The Portuguese singer, who qualified on Tuesday, ‘came’ in the first part of the event.
After knowing all 26 countries that will go to the final, the organization distributed the performances and placed Portugal in 2nd place, between Austria and Switzerland.

On Thursday, the second semifinal of the 67th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest was held, in which the last ten finalists for this Saturday’s final were selected. These countries will join the Portuguese Mimicat and the theme ‘Ai Coração’, which won a place in the first semifinal.
