“The Romanian Parliament has initiated the parliamentary procedures for the appointment of 6 members of the Court of Accounts – 2 vice-presidents and 4 members, and 2 vice-presidents of the National Authority for Administration and Regulation in Communications – ANCOM. Thus, in the spirit of transparency, we appeal to all AUR members and sympathizers who have skills and expertise in the fields of activity of the Court of Accounts, ANCOM or the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), to send us your CVs by Sunday, 23:00. More than that, we want to understand how you see these functions and how you integrate into the ideology of the AUR”, the AUR transmits in a statement, quoted by News.ro.

In the opinion of the AUR leaders, among the party’s members and sympathizers “there are suitable people to ensure a correct and efficient management of these institutions”, in the spirit of the party’s values and ideas.

The united permanent offices of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate on Wednesday launched the parliamentary procedures for the appointment to positions at ANCOM (National Authority for Administration and Regulation in Communications) and the Court of Accounts. A plenary meeting of the Parliament will take place on October 10, from 2:00 p.m., where the appointment to the two institutions will be voted on.
