On September 21, viewers flocked to their small screens to discover the fourth season of the hit series Sex Education. However, this reunion with the Moordale students was accompanied by a bit of bitterness for the fans. But why ? Because all good things come to an end, they say! Indeed, Netflix announced that this fourth edition marked the end of the adventures of Otis, Eric, Maeve, Adam and the whole joyful troupe of adolescents. But the disappointment didn’t stop there. When discovering the episodes, many fans of the program regretted the fact that season 4 evokes multiple subjects, without really going in-depth… But that is only a postponement! Fans of series for teenagers quickly consoled themselves with the new production of the same genre, signed by the red N, Everything Nowreleased this Thursday, October 5 on the platform!
Everything Now : a series that addresses eating disorders
Yes, there is no shortage of series for teenagers on Netflix. However, each one manages to do well and this is the case of the latest one, Everything Now. Released October 5 on the platform, this series follows the return to normal life of Mia, a young 16-year-old teenager who spent several months in a specialized institute to treat eating disorders. By choosing to tackle such a strong subject – and unfortunately very present among young people – Ripley Parker, the creator of the series, signed up in line with programs such as Sex Education which aim to break taboos, while evoking central issues at this age, such as romantic relationships and the quest for identity. And the least we can say is that British fiction has not left the public indifferent!

It’s only been a few weeks, but Netflix has already brought us a worthy successor to Sex Education in the form of #EverythingNow. It’s the kind of relatable teen drama we do so well in the UK and Sophie Wilde shines even more here than she did in Talk To Me. Obsessed. Out Thurs pic.twitter.com/lpDUeKxiyD

Everything Now is Euphoria if it had better writers, isn’t borderline offensive, and isn’t overly dramatic. Oh and more light-hearted. Watch it on Netflix. #EverythingNow

i hate comparing everything to that show, but it’s almost like the writers of #EverythingNow watched the 1st season of euphoria and expanded on everything that made it worth watching
