Rovira (ERC) asks Snchez for a “high-level” meeting to address the financing of Catalonia
The Secretary General of ERC, Marta Rovira, has asked to the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, a “high-level” meeting to address the financing of Catalonia and demand, textually, compliance with all agreements signed with the PSOE.
“I really want to explain to Mr. Pedro Sánchez why you still have to move more around Catalonia,” He expressed in an interview with Digital Nation during his return to Catalonia this Friday and published this Saturday, collected by Europa Press.
In his opinion, now that he assures that he will have freedom of movement, What is needed is a meeting with the PSOE: “With face-to-face meetings we will win. I want Mr. Pedro Sánchez to understand why he still has to move more, because Catalonia needs it, especially in the area of financing.”
In this sense, He recalled that it will be “very difficult” for Republicans to support the first secretary of the PSC, Salvador Illa, to be invested, until they have fulfilled the agreements and the schedule of when they will be fulfilled.
“I think that I’ve already done everything I had to do in ERC, I think I do not contribute to this renewal and freshness that the party needs,” he added about the party’s leadership.
