CARACAS. – The opponent Henrique Caprilesleader of the Primero Justicia party, called on Venezuelans to be protagonists in changing the course of the presidential elections on July 28.
“Every Venezuelan is important and necessary to achieve the great popular victory of Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia, Capriles said on Monday, July 1, through his account on social network X.
The leader recalled that the electoral campaign will formally begin on Thursday, July 4, and will end on July 25. In this sense, he indicated that the campaign for the upcoming elections “will show us the squandering of public resources by the Government (regime).”
He urged that the deployment of Chavismo before the elections should not discourage anyone. “The feeling of change is in every corner of the country. Let’s continue with information, motivation and organization,” Henrique Capriles said.
On the other hand, the former presidential candidate said that it is necessary to continue informing and insisting that there are only three cards enabled to vote for Edmundo González Urrutia, presidential candidate of the Unitary Platform. These cards are those of the Democratic Unity Roundtable (MUD), of UNT (A New Time) and of MPV (Movement for Venezuela).
“Maduro and their ‘collaborators’ will do everything possible to confuse; those of us who want change should continue using WhatsApp, word of mouth and whatever we have at hand to add value,” he said.
