Charlotte, NC.- Charlotte-Douglas International Airport revealed many of the upgraded amenities for the new observation deck set to open in 2024, which will have a playground, additional space for food trucks and more.

The location where the park will be located was used from 1989 to October 2022 for the construction of the North End taxiway and the future fourth parallel runway, where a temporary area was set up at the corner of Old Dowd Road and Airport Overlook Drive and it will stay in place until the new Overlook is opened.
