Cuban records attempted car theft in broad daylight in Miami

A thief was recorded on a cell phone while stealing a car from a parking lot in Miami.

The video was shared by the Cuban-American journalist Mario J. Pentonwho claimed to have received it from a follower.

“Hello, Mario. This happened near 5750 NW and 183 St. Watch as they open a car to steal it in broad daylight. A relative of mine filmed it and called the police,” wrote the channel’s journalist Martí News.

In the video you can see how a man gets out of a parked car and tries to open the door of the car next to him. At first he stops in front of another vehicle, but then he achieves his goal.

Finally, he leaves the door of the vandalized car open, presumably waiting for another person to take it.
